Main Material
- Carbon steel is widely used in various industrial fields. It mainly uses Q235 carbon steel as the main material. There is a ≥5μm electroplated zinc layer on the surface, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance.
- Stainless steel: 304/316 stainless steel is optional, suitable for highly corrosive environment.

- In order to cushion shock, soundproof and prevent electrochemical corrosion, EPDM rubber is used inside
- Bolts: M6-M12 high-strength bolts for fastening to ensure clamping stability.
Standard Pipe Clamp Advantages
Double-bolt fixing:This fixing method is efficient and stable. It uses two bolts to tighten symmetrically to form a stable clamping force. It is suitable for pipe diameters of DN15-DN300.
