Concentric Reducer is a kind of butt-welded pipe fittings, which mainly realizes isocentric reducer in piping system. Concentric reducer’s center axis coincides with the center axis of the small end, which ensures a uniform transition of the fluid through the reducer and reduces turbulence and pressure drop. It is generally used in vertical piping systems, and the use of concentric reducers reduces the likelihood of delamination or sedimentation due to eccentricity.

- Large Diameter Customization: DN2000 and above reducers are generally manufactured by segmental welding process, and need to be verified for deformation resistance (refer to NORSOK M-650).
- Adaptation of special media: If you want to extend the service life of the pipe when conveying media containing particles, you can surfacing wear-resistant layer (such as tungsten carbide.) on the inner wall of the pipe.
- Bevel Angle: In accordance with the requirements of ASME B16.25 (37.5°±2.5°), the root clearance is about 1.6-3.2mm.
- Geometry: Designed to present a conical shape, with different port diameters at the two ends but with the same axes, the length is usually 2.5-3 times of the difference in diameter of the pipe.
