Eccentric Reducer is a kind of butt-welded pipe fittings, which is suitable for horizontal piping system, the use of butt-welded eccentric reducer can effectively fight against media precipitation or accumulation of liquid. The use of different centers of the cone structure to change the diameter and outside diameter of the pipe, the big end and the small end of the center axis will be offset.

- Nondestructive testing: the products of DN150 and above joints need to do UT ultrasonic testing or RT ray testing. Control its weld defect rate at less than or equal to 2%.
- Special working conditions: for corrosive media or abrasive environment demanding plant scenarios, stainless steel (e.g. 304/316L) can be used to enhance pressure resistance.
- Applicable to horizontal piping system, through the eccentric design to reduce fluid resistance, commonly used in slurry, abrasive fluids or corrosive media transportation.
- Processing quality: the bevel surface needs to be free of burrs, oxidized layers or unevenness to avoid porosity or unfused defects during welding.
