We have been manufacturing and selling pipe fittings for more than 20 years, selling low prices and producing high quality pipe fittings are our obvious advantages, welcome to inquire.
EN/BS Hubbed Slip-On Flange is a pipeline fitting that combines high sealing performance and installation convenience. Its integrated forging process fuses the hub with the pipe welding surface, significantly enhancing resistance to bending and vibration, making it suitable for PN16-PN100 pressure-rated applications in high-pressure or dynamic load scenarios such as petrochemical and firefighting systems. Compliant with EN1092-1 Type 12 (European Standard) and BS3293 (British Standard), this flange supports carbon steel (P245GH), stainless steel (316L), and other materials. It adapts to DN15-DN800 pipelines through Raised Face (RF) or Tongue and Groove sealing configurations, and is particularly suited for rapid flat welding installation in space-constrained environments.
EN/ BS Hubbed Slip-On Flange
Sealing surface type:
Raised Face (RF): universal for PN10 and above, to be matched with wound gasket.
Flat face (FF): for low pressure (PN6) and non-critical sealing scenarios.
Concave (MF) and tongue and groove (TG): High pressure leak proof design.
Bolting:
Bolt material to match flange (e.g. ASTM A193 B7/B8).
Preload according to ASME PCC-1 standard.
EN/ BS Hubbed Slip-On Flange Advantages
Material and process suitability
A wide range of materials are available, such as carbon steel (P245GH, A105), stainless steel (304/316L) and alloy steel, to meet the needs of different environments.
Strictly following industry standards EN 1092-1 (Type 01/11/12) and BS 4504, RF seals are designed for a wide range of uses and are suitable for valves, pumps and other equipment.
Structural Strength and Load Carrying Capacity
The short-neck design (Hub) increases the thickness of the neck, thus improving the overall strength of the flange and dispersing the stress, and is suitable for N16-PN40 high-pressure systems.
Compared with the traditional ordinary flat welding flange (Slip-On), the bearing capacity of the short-neck flange is increased by about 30%-50%.
