EN/BS flat weld neck flange is a high-strength pipe fitting that complies with European (EN 1092-1) and British (BS 4504) standards and is specifically designed for medium and high pressure systems. The slender neck structure is seamlessly integrated with the pipeline through groove welding, effectively dispersing mechanical and thermal stresses, and is suitable for harsh working conditions facing high temperature, high pressure and dynamic loads. The flange is classified according to pressure grades PN6 to PN40. The higher the pressure grade, the greater the wall thickness, the number of bolt holes and the size of the sealing surface. The flange is made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel (such as 304/316) and alloy steel to meet the corrosion resistance and pressure requirements of industries such as petroleum, chemical and energy.

Pressure marking: PN (Pressure Nominale) ratings, including PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, etc.
Flange types: Type 11 (weld neck flanges) are common construction types, with a temperature range from -30°C to 300°C.
Size range: Nominal diameters (DN) cover DN15 to DN2000, corresponding to inch sizes 1/2“ to 80”.
BS 4504 standard
Pressure ratings: Compatible with EN standards, pressure ratings include PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40.
Flange sizes: Compliant with BS 10 specification, number of bolt holes and center distance adjusted according to PN rating.
