Flexible Grooved Coupling (Flexible Grooved Coupling) is a combination of groove technology and flexible compensation function of the pipeline connectors, designed to solve the pipeline system due to thermal expansion and contraction, mechanical vibration, foundation settlement and other causes of stress and displacement problems.

Advantages
The pipe end should be pre-machined with standard groove (depth 2.5~4.0mm), and the mechanical fixing of the clamp is realized by locking the bolt into the groove.
Clamp material can be carbon steel (galvanized/dacromet treated) or stainless steel (304/316L).
EPDM (temperature resistance -40°C~120°C), NBR (excellent oil resistance) or FKM (high temperature/chemical resistance).
Allow limited pipe displacement (usually ≤5mm) in axial, lateral and angular directions to avoid stress concentration caused by rigid connection.
