- Body Material:
Ductile Iron: Provides high strength and impact resistance in accordance with ISO 2531, EN545. Stainless steel (304/316L)
Stainless steel (304/316L): for highly corrosive environments (e.g. chemical, offshore). - Sealing components:
Rubber seals: EPDM with a temperature resistance of -40°C to 120°C, NBR with excellent oil resistance, and some high-pressure ones are fortunately FKM with a high temperature resistance of up to 150°C
Clamps and bolts: Bolt specifications range from M16 to M24, the pre-tightening torque range is set at 60 to 180 N·m, and the commonly used materials are galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel
