The quick rigid grooved coupling is a high-strength pipe fitting specially designed for rigid connections in industrial and fire protection systems. No welding or threads are required, only the grooved pipe end and the bolted housing are required. The coupling is made of ductile iron, has excellent mechanical properties and durability, and has an oil-coated corrosion-resistant coating on the surface, which can effectively extend the service life, ensure stability and quick installation, and meet UL/FM standards.

Advantages and Precautions
- No welding or secondary galvanizing is required, and pipe connections can be made with clamps and locking bolts, significantly improving construction efficiency.
- It adopts a triple sealing design of C-type rubber ring + clamp + locking bolt. The greater the pressure of the fluid, the greater the sealing performance.
- It supports a variety of metal pipes such as seamless steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc., and has a wide range of applications.
- Rigid groove connectors ensure a stable and strong connection and are suitable for fixed piping systems. If vibration or displacement absorption is required, it is recommended to choose flexible connectors.
- Regularly check the bolt fastening status and rubber ring aging, and replace the worn parts in time.
