  • Temperature resistance range : -40°C~120°C

We have been manufacturing and selling pipe fittings for more than 20 years, selling low prices and producing high quality pipe fittings are our obvious advantages, welcome to inquire.

The reducing flexible groove joint is a pipe connector that integrates the functions of reducing connection and flexible compensation. It is widely used in various piping systems to connect pipes of different diameters. It can make the pipes move in the axial, lateral and angular directions. It is suitable for piping systems that need to adapt to thermal expansion, vibration or ground settlement.

Reducing flexible grooved coupling

Advantages

  • The reducer flexible groove joint is very practical and supports the connection of different pipe diameters, such as the conversion from DN100 to DN80, which simplifies the system design.
  • Allowable axial displacement (±5 mm) and angular deviation (≤3°) to effectively cope with stress caused by thermal expansion, vibration or foundation settlement
  • No welding or flanges are required, and the connection method using slot clamps is adopted directly, which greatly shortens the installation time
  • Made of carbon steel (ASTM A105), the surface is hot-dip galvanized. The working pressure range can reach 16~34.5 bar.
