The Grooved 11.25° Elbow is a grooved elbow for redirecting flow in piping systems, designed at an angle of 11.25° for low to medium-pressure fluid transfer systems. The grooved connection eliminates the need for welding and is quickly secured by clamps for a wide range of fire protection, water supply and drainage, HVAC, and industrial piping applications.

- The connection is accomplished by mechanical assembly of the clamp, greatly reducing construction time. No welding or secondary galvanizing is required.
- The light weight of the clamps and the low number of bolts, combined with the triple-sealed C-type rubber seal, ensures tightness and stability.
- Supporting a wide range of pipe materials (galvanized steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, etc.), it is capable of completing a flexible connection of pipes and absorbing thermal expansion and contraction displacements.
- The groove of the pipe opening is precision machined according to standards to avoid seal failure due to dimensional deviation.
- The comprehensive installation cost is 30-50% lower than traditional flange connection, and the return rate is relatively low.
