The Grooved 22.5° Elbow is an elbow fitting for the directional adjustment of piping systems with an angle of 22.5°, suitable for scenarios that require a small steering angle (e.g. complex spatial layouts or localized adjustments). The grooved design is mechanically connected by clamps, eliminating the need for welding and making installation easy.

22.5° small angle design is suitable for space constraints or local fine-tuning scenarios (e.g. building piping corners).
Supports EPDM, fluorine rubber (FKM) and other seals with diverse matching for water, oil, gas and other media.
Carbon steel material supports high pressure loads such as Class 600 standard (pressure resistance ≤1,480psi), and stainless steel material is highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for chemical and marine environments.
Long-term use temperature needs to be ≤ 120 ℃, to avoid high temperature lead to galvanized layer failure.
