The Grooved 90° Drainage Elbow is a 90° elbow fitting with a grooved clamp connection for drain systems that is mechanically snapped into place for quick installation and sealing without welding or threading.
Grooved 90° Drainage Elbow
- Built-in EPDM rubber seals with water pressure resistance up to 20.7 bar (300 PSI) and enhanced sealing with pressure in high pressure environments.
- Support DN25-DN600 pipe diameter range, suitable for building floor drainage, industrial wastewater piping and other complex steering needs.
- Strictly match the outside diameter of the pipe (e.g. DN100 corresponds to NPS 4″) to avoid seal failure due to size deviation.
- Rubber seal is easy to aging when exposed to high temperature (>80°C) for a long period of time, high temperature resistant material (e.g. silicone rubber) should be used.
- Stainless steel (304/316L) or galvanized carbon steel, suitable for wet, acid and alkali drainage environment, service life of more than 30 years.
- Comply with FM (Factory Mutual), UL (Underwriters Laboratories), and CE FM (Factory Mutual), UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and CE certificates, meeting the safety requirements of fire protection and building water supply and drainage systems.

- National standard Ⅰ series (recommended): DN80 outside diameter 108mm, DN150 outside diameter 165mm
- American Standard NPS series: NPS 3 “corresponding to the outside diameter of 88.9mm, compatible with the national standard DN80 Ⅱ series (89mm)
Pressure Rating:
- National standard PN16 indicates 1.6MPa bearing pressure
- American Standard SCH20 indicates the wall thickness grade (such as DN100 wall thickness 4.5mm)
