The grooved 90° elbow is a pipe fitting suitable for water and gas transportation systems. It is used to change the direction of the pipeline through a groove connection. It does not require welding or threading processes. It only requires a simple clamp to engage with the groove of the pipe wall to achieve a quick connection, and it has good sealing properties.

- No welding or thread processing is required, only a simple mechanical clamp connection is required, which allows for fast installation, low labor costs, and quick disassembly and maintenance.
- Supports a variety of materials such as stainless steel, ductile iron, carbon steel, etc., suitable for water, air, oil and non-corrosive media.
- In temperatures exceeding 400°C or in ultra-high pressure environments exceeding Class 300, conventional rubber is very susceptible to aging, so carbon steel or alloy steel materials should be selected.
- >For large diameter pipes of DN200, in order to enhance the strength of the structure, it is recommended to use butt welding or flange connection.
- The groove dimensions must strictly match the outer diameter of the pipe and must be within the ASME B16.9 tolerance range to avoid leaks due to dimensional deviations.
- The moderate bending radius has a wide range of uses and can be applied to different pipeline arrangements, especially in very narrow spaces or very complex pipelines.
