- Material: carbon steel, QT450-10 ductile cast iron, stainless steel
We have been manufacturing and selling pipe fittings for more than 20 years, selling low prices and producing high quality pipe fittings are our obvious advantages, welcome to inquire.
90° elbow fittings are specially designed for fire protection system pipe connection. They use a groove clamp installation mechanism, which is very simple and flexible, with high installation efficiency. They effectively help fire protection systems change the direction of pipes and reduce flow resistance.
Grooved 90° Fire Hydrant Elbow
- The groove clamp connection installation and removal are very simple and quick, no welding or flange is required, and it is also very convenient for later maintenance
- Implementation standard: The elbow is manufactured strictly in accordance with the Chinese fire protection standard GB5135.11-2006 and the American standard ASME B16.9.
The surface is carefully designed, the coating is even and firm, and hot-dip galvanizing or epoxy resin spraying process is used for rust prevention to meet the long-term weather resistance requirements of the fire protection system. - This fitting is designed to support flexible connections, absorb pipe displacement caused by temperature changes, and allow a deflection range of up to ±5° for greater flexibility.
- There are many materials that can be used, including carbon steel, stainless steel and copper pipes. In order to meet different needs, the diameter size also provides a wide range of options from DN50 to DN300.
- Working pressure needs to match the system requirements (1.6MPa for conventional drainage system, ≥2.5MPa for fire fighting system)
