The Grooved Increasing Tee is a grooved mechanical connection. This type of pipe connector is generally used in fluid transportation systems to change pipe direction or branch pipe diameters, and is particularly suitable for high pressure, high flow applications where quick installation is required.
The core functions of the Grooved Increasing Tee include diverting/converging fluids, adjusting pipe diameters (e.g. DN50 x DN65 x DN50) and enhancing system stability.

- Supporting 150~5000 LBS pressure level, covering fire-fighting, industrial and other scenarios, carbon steel material can be customized with thicker wall design (e.g. wall thickness up to 30mm).
- The removable structure allows local replacement of damaged parts, reducing maintenance costs; the non-destructive reuse rate of pipe fittings after disassembly reaches more than 90%.
- Carbon steel (e.g. ASTM A234) is suitable for high pressure scenarios, but needs to be coated with an anti-corrosion layer (e.g. epoxy resin) to prevent corrosion.
- 5~10mm allowance for thermal expansion and contraction during installation to prevent deformation caused by temperature change (-20℃~350℃).
