Grooved Reducing Tee With Female Threaded Branch
- Pipe Diameter (DN): DN32 (1.25“) to DN200 (8”)
- Threaded Branch: NPT or BSP compliant, thread sizes 1/2″-4”
- Regular Pressure: 150-300 psi
- Approvals: UL/FM
As a manufacturer and producer of pipe fittings for over 20 years, fireminus can provide you with high quality pipe fittings at low prices.
Grooved reducing tee with female threaded branch integrates a grooved main body with a female-threaded branch, enabling seamless transition between grooved piping systems and threaded valves or devices. It supports multi-diameter configurations (e.g., DN100×DN80×DN65) and is widely used in fire protection, HVAC, and industrial pipelines for its hybrid connection versatility and leak-resistant design.
Grooved Reducing Tee With Female Threaded Branch
Wide range of pressure resistance: carbon steel ≤ 300 psi, stainless steel ≤ 600 psi,
Temperature resistance: -40°F to 800°F.
Seal design: triple seal design (C-rubber seal + groove + threaded seal) ensures leak-proof performance in high-pressure environments.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for HVAC, fire protection, chemical, petroleum and other fields to support corrosive media environment.
High compatibility: suitable for galvanized steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe and other pipe materials, compatible with NPT/BSP thread standards.
Convenient: installation efficiency is 30%-50% higher than flange connection, no need for secondary galvanization or complicated tools.
Application Scenario
- Fire protection system: used for dry/wet sprinkler network, supports quick connection of alarm valve or pressure sensor (needs to match with a UL/FM approved model).
- Food-grade systems: optional electropolished stainless steel (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), compliant with FDA and EHEDG hygiene standards, for dairy or beverage lines.
- Chemical piping: 316L stainless steel is suitable for acid/alkali media transportation (pH 1-14), but needs to avoid long-term contact with chlorine-based solutions (>100 ppm).
