- Installation Specifications
Make sure that the external thread end meets the thread standard. For example, NPT and BSP should not be mixed to avoid leakage caused by loose thread joints.
The clamp at the groove end should accurately correspond to the size of the pipe groove. After installation, the rubber ring should be carefully checked to ensure that there is no breakage or scratches. - Environmental suitability:
When the temperature is >120℃, high temperature resistant rubber ring or metal sealing gasket should be used. For corrosive media, stainless steel or galvanized materials should be used to prevent corrosion. - Maintenance recommendations:
Regularly check the sealing status of the threaded end, and tighten the clamp bolts every six months for high-pressure systems.
Avoid violent operation when disassembling to prevent thread damage or groove deformation.
