Grooved Flange
Grooved Flange is a revolutionary pipe connector that combines a precision-machined annular groove with an elastomeric seal for fast installation and reliable sealing. Its two-piece construction allows for disassembly and assembly without moving the pipe, making it particularly suitable for space-constrained maintenance scenarios. The design combines the strength of a flanged connection with the installation efficiency of a grooved connection, and excels in petrochemical, fire protection, and HVAC systems. Modern versions offer a 300% increase in pressure-bearing capacity over traditional models by optimizing the groove geometry (e.g., by adding locking flanges) and using composite sealing materials.
