The NSI grooved flange one-piece is an integrated flanged and grooved end piping connector made of ductile iron or stainless steel cast in one piece. The flanged end conforms to ANSI B16.1 for RF/FF flanges, and the grooved end is clamped for quick installation. The design combines the sealing reliability of flange connection and the installation convenience of groove connection, suitable for fire fighting, water supply and drainage and other working conditions that require frequent disassembly and installation, the working temperature range covers -20℃ to 350℃.

Material Selection
First of all, the annual corrosion rate of the material in the medium needs to be verified, and for a suitable material, the annual corrosion rate should be less than 0.1 mm/a. If there are solid particles in the transmission object, the surface hardness should be reasonably increased. Finally, ambient temperatures greater than 150°C require consideration of the risk of thermal degradation of the sealing material.
