The Clevis Hanger is a rigid support for piping or equipment hanging by means of a combination of U-shaped clamps (Clevis) and threaded rods, suitable for scenarios that require a stable fixing and allow for vertical fine-tuning, commonly found in buildings, heating and ventilation (HVAC), industrial piping and electrical systems.

Advantages
High load capacity: single point load capacity up to 100~5000kg, suitable for heavy equipment hanging in different industrial scenarios. Made of carbon steel (galvanized/epoxy coated) or stainless steel, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance.
Easy installation and flexible adjustment: U-shaped clamp opening design, wrapping the pipe and locking it quickly with bolts, supporting vertical height fine-tuning.17 Some models allow left and right 15° oscillation, which can adapt to thermal expansion or slight vibration of the pipe.
Adaptable and standardized: Compatible with a wide range of pipe diameters (DN15~DN300) to meet the needs of construction, HVAC, electric power and other fields. Conforms to industrial standards such as ANSI B16.5 and DIN 3015 for safety and versatility.
Economical and durable: galvanized layer thickness ≥15μm (salt spray test ≥720h), prolonging service life.
