American socket weld 45° elbow

  • Standards: ASME B16.11, ASME B16.9
  • Size range: Nominal diameter 1/4“ to 2” (DN6~DN50)
  • Pressure Rating: Common Class 3000/6000
  • Material: stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy

We have been manufacturing and selling pipe fittings for more than 20 years, selling low prices and producing high quality pipe fittings are our obvious advantages, welcome to inquire.

American socket weld 45° elbow can change the direction of the fluid in the piping system at an angle of 45°, it is more suitable for small diameter pipelines with NPS ≤ 2, with socket weld socket weld connection, strength and sealing performance are enhanced.

  1. In high temperature and high pressure environments, alloy steel (such as ASTM B564 Monel 400) can be used to improve heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

  2. Pre-welding treatment: Treat residual oil, scale, etc. on the pipeline to prevent weld porosity and slag inclusion.

  3. Diameter restriction: Only applicable to small-diameter pipelines with NPS ≤ 2 (DN50)
Pressure level: Class 6000 is required for high-pressure systems (≥3000 psi); Class 3000 can be used under general conditions.

  4. Low temperature conditions: If the medium temperature is lower than -29°C, low-temperature steel such as ASTM A402 WPL6 is required.
