The American socket weld x threaded reducing tee combines the high sealing performance of socket weld structures with the quick disassembly and assembly advantages of threaded connections, and is specially designed for small-diameter piping systems. Its forging process ensures structural integrity under operating conditions ranging from -29°C to 425°C, making it particularly suitable for branch pipe connection nodes in refining and chemical plants that require frequent maintenance.
American Socket Weld X Threaded Reducing Tee Dimensions
Socket Weld X Threaded Reducing Tee Tolerances
Diameter Tolerance: NPS 1/8“-2” allows a tolerance of ±0.3mm; NPS 2.5“-4” allows a tolerance of ±0.5mm.
Angle Tolerance: Deviation in perpendicularity between the branch pipe and the main pipe axis ≤0.5° (ISO 2768-mK grade).
Socket hole coaxiality: ≤0.1mm (based on ASME Y14.5-2018).
Thread axis perpendicularity: Deviation ≤0.02mm per inch of length.
