The American Standard Threaded Reducing Tee is a pipe branching fitting that uses cone pipe threads (NPT) or parallel threads (BSP) for connection. It achieves fluid distribution and size reduction functions through branch pipes of different diameters. Its die-forged forming process ensures structural integrity under high-pressure conditions of 3000LB. It is typically used in instrument pressure-taking pipes and fire protection pipe networks in petrochemical plants.

American Threaded 45° Elbow Advantages

1. Precise dimensions and high compatibility
Adopting both NPS and DN dual-size standards, it achieves seamless integration between American and European standard pipe fittings. The reducer design helps reduce flow velocity in the pipeline system.
2. High pressure-bearing capacity
The American Threaded Reducing Tee is certified to ASTM A234 standards. With a wall thickness of SCH 80, it maintains excellent sealing performance even under 3,000 psi pressure.
3. Cost-effective
Threaded fittings save installation time compared to welded pipes. They are easy to disassemble and have a longer overall service life.
